  They deliver/pickup the container, they'll drop it off at your old place, let you pack it up, then pick it up for transport to your new home. The containers are pretty large, so you can fit furniture in them, and their entire staff was really nice and helpful. I finally cleared out my container, but I'm already planning on using them again in a few months when I help my brother move.
