I called PACKRAT because the company I was initially working with went AWOL, and I really needed to move out of my house ASAP. They were able to squeeze me in within 2 days, and the quotes were actually far more reasonable than I expected them to be. Once I got everything loaded, everything was smooth sailing. Didn’t even mind paying the extra money. I shudder to think how it would’ve gone with the other company if they couldn’t even bother to explain why they never showed up.

Choosing this company was without exaggeration the only good decision my wife and I made when we were moving. Every other part of our move was a complete disaster, so getting our belongings delivered to us both on time AND in excellent condition was the silver lining we needed to keep our relationship from falling apart.
