2 years ago, yes you read that correctly, we used this company for a move from Georgia to NJ. Since then, I’ve tried to get the wine that they stole back, Eugene said he’d return it but hasn’t’, and the furniture that they broke fixed but still haven’t. Eugene has repeatedly called me dishonest, said that I’m trying to take advantage of him cause of COVID, even though my move happened before the pandemic and just straight up lies about my dozen of attempts to reach him for him to do what he said he would. He says I lie that I don’t email him, that I don’t call him and that I don’t text him which I have proof of everything. He stays that he couldn’t take alcohol over state lines but knowingly did and then after his staff took what they brought to Jersey, they took it back to Georgia. So he tries to blame me for his staff taking my wine, but knowingly took it twice. He said he could take it if boxed, which it was, cause his staff left the evidence in my trash can for me to find. His staff also broke furniture and hid the pieces in a small trash can AND broke the feet off of dresser claiming my husband said it was like that. The tall dresser was broken, not the long one. They broke it so that the feet cannot be screwed in anymore. Let’s not forget that one of the employees had incredibly sticky fingers and stole an engagement ring, diamond necklace and bracelet. Again, Eugene saying it was my fault cause it was not secured in my jewelry drawer. What he’s really saying is, if my staff can find it, it wasn’t secured. I’ve filed police reports in Georgia and NJ and Eugene still has ignored me. He blames me for all this. Funny, a couple weeks after my move another lady complained of theft of her ring and he blamed her for it! Instead of Eugene owing up to his mistakes and staffs mistakes, he’d rather keep coming up with excuses. Go to the BBB website and see how his story changes with every reply, same with Google reviews. A good company would fix the problem and move on, not this company. Please do the right thing and do what you said you’d do.

Two moving companies cancelled on me at the last minute, and this company came in at the 11th hour and saved the day! I was set to close on a home today and was nervous that I was going to miss the deadline. The guys came in and knocked everything, wrapped furniture and all in 2 hours! I am so grateful ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Definitely would recommend !

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! I received NO estimate ahead of time and they will wait until they arrive to your residence to go over an extensive contract that would truly take 30-45 min to read ALL the fine print while your hour is running . I am a business professional in Atlanta and I recently booked this company to move into Midtown. I had a very brief conversation with the owner Monty and told him I lived in an apartment down a fairly long hallway on the 2nd floor and gave him a description of my apartment. He told me I would be charged $165/h for 3 men and another $165 on top of that for the truck. Not once did he mention a long haul fee of $125, nor $35 for using tape to wrap SOME of my items while leaving my mattress unwrapped and pictures, 75$ gas fee, 15$ wrap fee not to mention they charge you from when they put their key in the ignition so being that I live in Atlanta I was charged $165 before they even arrived to my apartment and you just have to take their word for it or “Google it” as there lead man said. Not to mention wanted to charge to get back to their office in Lawrenceville based off a gps although one of the guys already told me they were headed not far to one more spot in midtown. The lead man with small braids started to become very rude when I asked why were all these fees not explained BEFORE you come to my house not on arrival of my actual move out day and the clock has already been running for an hour. I asked to speak with the owner and conveniently his phone went to voicemail the entire day until the lead mover decided to call him and I was able to speak with him. He stated oh he did not explain everything to me so they reduced the price. All in all I was charged $1174.39 but was originally charged $1634 including my $100 deposit for a 1bdr Apt 4 miles from my new apartment. You will be charged for the truck, for gas and however long it takes them to drive to you s and back to their home office NOT by mileage but by the hour so if they decide to stop and make a convenient store run you would never know but to go off their word. The price and hidden fees are not worth the value of what you receive or customer service

      Response from the owner

You are completely being I honest about what your saying. I understand that you wanted a free move and that you wanted to have professional movers for free and that was all understandable. But we don’t work for free and if you use any moving services you will be charged for what you used. It was a simple mistake which was fixed leases then 5 mins but there we have it. You where charged for exactly what was explained to you and nothing more. So I lead guy would get upset if he went over the contract with you and explained everything to you and you signed and agreed which you could’ve said that you don’t agree. Instead you use the service then get the job done without any issues then scream about your bill which is no problem in altering to its correct price. So understand that movers have to protect ourselves from customer who believe there services are free. Have a blessed day ma’am .
