  Everything was perfect except for an isolated situation with my move. Just make sure they call you before they drop the trailer or deliver it at destination. I wasn't home and was in a meeting when they called from destination. I couldn't answer and they left the trailer on street instead of drive way. Neighbour complained it was blocking his driveway. So, I had to hastily empty the trailer overnight instead of doing it leisurely over the weekend.

  I can't even begin to explain how disappointed I am in U-pack and the company that they hired on our behalf moving staffers. They caused damage to over 60% of our property, and what I am estimating at 20K+ in damage. The service of U-pack was horrible from the start, when working with us, they gave us a quote and were completely off in the amount of space we needed in a truck, we ended up needing twice as much space as they apparently don't know how to estimate properly. Then we had several scheduling issues. They gave us estimated delivery windows which were also incorrect. But most notably was referring us to Moving Staffers who sub contracts work out to other companies who don't seem to have a good rating who have no regard to clients personal property and loaded things in the truck so bad that we had so much damage to our property. These guys were horrible, and for the cost we should have used a company that does it all for you.

  The Lawrenceville UPack center was professional. The night supervisor Francisco was great! We had to pack a few things on site in Lawrenceville and he always kept an eye out for us on site. It seemed like a safe place but these days you never know. Everything went will well with the drop off and pickup; their drivers are very skilled in setting the cubes in just the right position so that you can still use your driveway and garage. Jerry in Orlando was very courteous and had an excellent understanding of customer service. All items made it safely.
