  Having low expectations and not expecting too much, Berger Allied certainly disappointed. A lack of communication was a theme throughout. Our delivery was confirmed to be on a particular date and while en route to our new state, we were informed that they actually weren't delivering for several more days. The representative denied these facts, but a trail of emails fully backed up what we were told. The delivery driver to our location let me know upon his arrival about how awful his experience was with Berger Allied and that he had to meet with the warehouse manager as a large number of our items weren't inventoried let alone what was inventoried noted as to what they were. He told me that Berger Allied was now on his blacklist and that he'd never pick up from them again after his experience. We were overcharged for items that were not needed (items including certain packing of items) and that was noted when the contract was signed and that they were to adjust that. Instead, they ignored that and nearly a month later they finally had the bill corrected, which took so long because it all goes through corporate. I'm glad to see that others had a good experience, but ours was nothing short of a disaster. At least we got our stuff and the delivery driver was absolutely terrific. I'd highly stay away from Berger Allied. This was one of the most unprofessional operations that I've ever dealt with. From the sales representative to the coordinator, their lack of communication was pretty striking.

  I was surprised when this company scheduled delivery on a Sunday, but indeed I got a delivery window from 2-4pm two days ahead. At 1:30pm on Sunday I got a text that they were 15 minutes away, so they ended up delivering slightly ahead of the window. Unpacking the chair and taking both pieces up the stairs and around a sharp corner into my home office took a bit of finesse but only just over five minutes. I signed for a perfect delivery and went about my day.

  We were amazingly pleased with the service!! All of our property was in the same condition when returned, with nothing missing or damaged!!..it was a concern when choosing a moving company because we were moving from Florida to Georgia but truly I am pleased. THANK YOU!!!
