  I called 20 minutes after the arrival window to get an update on their ETA as no one had shown as scheduled. At that time, I was told no one was coming due to a family emergency. I understand emergencies happen, but Chuck had gone out of state. No one called ahead of time to let me know the service would have to be rescheduled. I had taken a day off work to accomodate the move and wasted 5 hours of my day because a simple phone call was not made. On the day that we rescheduled, Chuck arrived by himself. Whoever was supposed to assist had car troubles. Then, instead of picking up and delivering my items, Chuck decided that he would pick up items for someone else before making my delivery. I guess he decided to schedule multiple jobs in the same area for the same day, which wasn't a big deal. However, it took him all day to make the delivery as a result, and I was still charged full price. I'm incredibly unhappy with the response I received and would NOT recommend this service, especially if you have a schedule to keep or are looking for a good value.

  Mrs. Clickner i appreciate the review first of all bad or good, secondly your right that i didn't call you about rescheduling your delivery due to the fact that i was out the country first off, and was supposed to return in time to perform your delivery, but as life may have it my vacation was interrupted with the news of a death in my family so instead of returning to GA. I had to redirect my flight to my home state of Mi. which at that point that was my focus, not work that i needed to perform like i said to you on the phone i apologize for my error and spent about an hr trying to get another service to cover for me (which at the time you seemed to be appreciative of the fact that i continued to try to get you taken care of despite my FAMILY issues i was dealing with) but they were also busy so it couldn't happen, so you and i agreed that we could reschedule the delivery to give me time to return, and yes i did arrive to your Grandparents home alone to meet your Aunt which was very cool i must add, and the items that needed to be removed from your Grandparents home only took me all of 30 min to remove and load on my truck which your aunt was pleasantly surprised and grateful and understanding of why i had to reschedule, also when i contacted you at 7Am that morning explaining to you that i had other items to deliver past were i was to deliver to you and wanted to pick them up before coming to you after picking up from your grandparents home the simple thing to do would have been to expressed truly how you felt vs saying something you didn't actually me by saying that would be fine, and then we end up here with your above review, and yes we did still charge you our 2hr min had we caused the issues and not our GOD then yes i would have offered some type of discount to you, again i apologize that GOD chose to take my relative around the time of your urgent delivery of furniture from one of your relatives home, and also again thanks for the business and the review. I pray that the good LORD keep you and bless you with a more compassionate heart in the future.

  Based on the owner’s unprofessional and nasty comments to criticism about his business, I would be Erie’s him. I was looking as I have to move but his own nastiness prevented me from making that call.

  They helped us unpack three Pods and a large Uhaul over a two week move in period. Excellent work. Always caring and professional. Easy going and very accommodating with some schedule changes. Highly recommend them for any type of moving job whether small or large!
