I gotta say this place rocks, excellent customer service, friendlyness, clean, secure, Doug was a great help, he goes up n beyond to make sure he covers every aspect of contract, offer available options and explain in great detail, i couldn't ask for better service...thanks storage in St.Charles..

Outstanding customer service by Doug Bufalo to ensure I had all of the necessary gate codes, maps, etc. Great location with easy access to main highways. Clean and secure facility.

Not to good. On security A friend had her she's broke in to doing day Light . Her she's is right in front of the office.that code gate don't keep people out of there. They crawl under it and push the button to drive in.real secure.watch your shed
