  Totally spoke to someone and wanted to update the original review I left! They were amazingly understanding and I would totally recommend them just based off of customer service alone.   A couple of recommendations: 1. Your website allows consumers to select how they would like to be contacted...honor that and do not contact them with phone calls or texts message when they have specified that they would prefer to be contacted by email. 2. When you call (even though the consumer specified email as their preferred means of contact) and the consumer says that "now" is "not" a good time...do not continue talking. Email them as they requested. 3. If you are going to advertise services such as loading/unloading on your website...provide those services. 4. If a consumer has requested to be emailed a quote for a particular service, and you don't provide that service...simply email them and advise them of this versus calling them. Especially when they specified that they would prefer to be emailed and not called.

  The team did a good job moving today. However, they didn't shut the back gate. My dog got out this evening in the freezing cold weather. Luckily a neighbor called but he could have died due to their lack of attention to detail.
