Made the mistake of contacting them too early before we were ready to commit. Had to put up with an incessant number of follow-up calls, and when I told Ian that the calls weren't necessary and I would get back when ready, he had a hissy fit and hung up on me. Not how you get business.

Poor communication, and some of my stuff was damaged during the move. The initial quote they gave me was also inaccurate by over $1000 dollars. When picking up I could pay with a check, but on drop-off--which I didn't get a call about until the day of--they wanted cash only. We had to run out and get cash right when they came. A lot of annoyances added up quickly.

On the day of the move, Michael and team arrived early and did a fantastic job of moving all of our items, even bringing them in safely through our narrow door at the new place. Quick, professional and great value for money. Will 100% recommend them to my friends and family!
