  Do not use these extortionists. They Showed up the day before I had to be out of my house and moving across the country. They charged me double what the broker quoted me at. They broke or damaged a bunch of furniture and the insurance claim process is insane making it near impossible to recoup for any damages. They lost some of my boxes and I received someone else’s boxes. If I had the opportunity I would’ve just sold everything and bought new stuff at my new location.

  Sir, you had additional items, lots of packing needed done, long carry and stairs. I’m sorry but all that cost money and the rates you are getting from brokers are very low. If you don’t want to be surprised with price go with your local moving co, and obviously it will me too expensive for you. Please if you have problems with claims, email us and we will help.

  This has been such a learning experience for us. First of all, we ended up using a broker- DO NOT use a broker. Reach out to local moving companies and ask if they have a long distance arm. Brokers basically low ball your quote and the carrier ends up being 2.5-3x more expensive. Second, the actual movers were WONDERFUL. They packed our things with care, explained the process, and were professional. Then came the actual move... which has yet to happen. Our things were picked up in LA on 7/21. An entire month later, we don't have our things. The dispatcher, Eric, has become less and less responsive. Last week, I got a text that said "call your broker the truck broke down". (Mind you, this is the second time the truck has needed to be serviced. Eric also broke his leg... it's one excuse after another.) Your broker can do nothing. You're literally at their mercy. All I want is for realistic expectations to be set. I was told "100% this weekend" two weekends ago, which didn't happen, and Eric will not respond with when we can expect our things. I’ve filed with the BBB to try and get our things. They are now in breach of contract. Eric told me for everyday it’s late we will be refunded $21/day. I’m not sure how this number was quantified nor is it reasonable when we’ve literally paid them 10k to deliver our things. Use your best judgement and look into other companies.

  I had a really good experience today with this company. They were on time, professional, really careful with my antiques, and unbelievably reasonable.Highly recommended.
