I received a notification of intent to charge for storage given an undeliverable package when a) I already had said package and b) I returned the only call I got the same day to setup a next day delivery. If given the chance I'll never use a company that sends a letter suggesting they are going to charge me for holding a package when I had no idea they had said package. Totally unprofessional operation.

Super slow process in Lexington Kentucky. Customer service is horrible, I believe the name is Mike, won't even let you talk, he was rough and uneducated. They pushed my shipment back, I saw the tracking was here and suddenly I saw it was somewhere else in Ohio. The only reason I gave them two stars is because the driver was great, a very loyal employee with a desire to help.

Nice guys...had a shipment that couldn't be delivered to my house so I had to go there to pick up. Helped me load it and remove unneeded packaging and throw it away.
