  I was in a jam with not having a mover with very short notice, AK Movers came through-what a relief!! Art was straightforward, helpful, professional and extremely responsive after dealing with a big van line company with non-existent customer service. Movers came on the day of move on time - Jose and Antonio did an excellent job wrapping everything up, they were professional, courteous and friendly—they worked hard too!!! I would hire them again in a heartbeat!! Thank you so much for doing my move in such short notice. I can’t express enough gratitude. Highly recommended mover.

  I have used AK Movers 5 times already. This time I needed to move a large sectional from MD to DC. I needed it moved ASAP. I talked to Art in the afternoon and he gave me an appointment for the next day at 8am! Fantastic! Luis and Jorge were absolutely fantastic, punctual, polite, professional. Mind you, it was a large 4 pc sectional! Art has always been professional and compassionate. Definitely my go-to-guy for moving!

  This was our first time using AK Movers, but after our outstanding experience with them, I know I'll be using them again in the future. The crew was able to quickly and efficiently get us moved out of our 6th floor apartment and into our new home, taking extra care to protect and secure all of our furniture and possessions. Despite the heavy rain and mud during the move, the team was careful not to track any into the home. They were courteous and respectful, and always asked where we would like our items placed. They made our first time home buying experience a breeze, and I would highly recommend.
