I really wanted to be able to give All City a higher rating and in some areas I would say the rating could be higher. In trying to be fair I am settling on 2 stars. We had a complex move from home to storage to new home in a neighboring city. This meant that our goods were handled 4 times instead of 2. That certainly impacted the results. Buck was very promising to work with and members of the crew were good. Others not so much. We had very inconsistent packing where fragile things were packed with little or no cushioning and unfragile things had no support or cushion in boxes. We experienced several items of breakage that could not be repaired. We had a few items that completely disappeared, hence we assume they were taken since we have been assured that the storage area was completely cleared. A number of wood furnishings had scratches which means they were never properly packed. There were instances of a weird disregard for our belongings that we could not explain under any circumstances. One very odd thing was that the movers packed an EMPTY (I had emptied it) ANTIQUE chest of drawers with very heavy coffee table books. Totally UNEXPLAINABLE but very upsetting. Unfortunately, these kinds of experiences left a sour taste and I would not recommend this mover unless you can provide extensive and constant supervision.

I wish I could give this company a 10STAR. I shopped around and All City Moving was the best pricing for our move. Not only is the price great This company under Bucks ownership is very reliable, professional, friendly, etc. Bucks employees you can tell really care about their job. They are hard workers. We had a large race car garage that needed to be packed up. Bucks employees were amazing and packed the entire job. It would have taken my husband weeks to complete. The rest of the house was moved with such care. As if it were their own. I highly recommend this company for your move. They are TEN STARS all the way

They use a bait and switch method. Be very weary. My move was supposed to cost $3800 but ended up being $8500. You have no choice because they pack you up and start telling you that you need more space. It is the worst experience I have ever had. Hire some young kids and drive your own truck. I will never use another moving company because of this experience.
