  Very poor quality especially from the office manager who was trying charge me $500 over and when the driver called him, he wants to tell me and driver he is home and annoyed that we are bothering him when he was home. The day prior to the move I spoke to the same office manager who once again gave me an attitude and tried to rush me off the phone. My advice to the owner is to hire someone with better customer service skills to deal with your customers and employees. Even the movers had bad comments to make on their own office staff. Some of the mover don’t know what they are doing and damaged numerous pieces of furniture. All of the screws to all the black beds were lost, with the exception of the bed I took down because I noticed they were taking too long. My kids and myself both had to sleep on the floor and now I have to figure out a way find the screws to my beds. I will update this review once I call them and seek compensation for my damaged furniture and lost equipment.

  The crew was very professional, far more than expected. It was greatly appreciated on both ends of the move. They did their best not too damage any of our things but remained speedily, per our need. The supervisor of the group, I believe his name was Derrick, was very accommodating in answering all of our questions and he helped to alleviate any of our concerns. We will definitely recommend and use All My Sons in any future moving need.

  This was the 3rd time I've used All My Sons for a move. This time, I also used their packing service and it was an overall great experience and so easy. I always stress over moving (done a few over recent years) and this company has never disappointed. Everything arrived intact, the crew was friendly and easy to work with and they make it clear every step of the way, and in all their interactions, that customer satisfaction is their most important value. I will definitely use them again, and recommend that you do, too.
