  I hired this group and my king size bed was destroyed, recently purchased 6months before they moved the furniture. They also broke knobs on my grand dresser and assembled my daughters bed wrong. I have since filed a claim with the company and I haven’t heard from anyone. The person they send into your home to do the walk through is very professional but the moving team is not experienced when handling expensive furniture pieces. I paid close to $900 for them to destroy my property. Drawers no longer close please don’t use this company.

  I was upset when I was driving after the move but once we get into the truck to unpack - I was beyond upset. We were charged for all these materials but yet not everything was wrapped. My bed wasn’t wrapped my washer and dryer wasn’t wrapped. All these frames and this decor wasn’t wrapped. This is a 5 star service?!?! - this is the reality of your moving service - if I would have known it was going to be anything like this I would have gone else where. $1800 for this?!? My furniture has scratch marks that weren’t there my washer and dryer doors are scuffed up. This is beyond frustrating. I was told again over the phone we charge by the hour- you need to clarify that supplies will be charged as well. $2100 to load up a uhaul and pack dishes… then I get a $300 discount because 1) you guys had to push my move date back because the guys weren’t in the right mind set 2) I was upset because we had to go get bubble wrap and I had to pull out pottery and other breakables that were just placed in a box. We went and bought the guys waters and breakfast because we wanted this to be better than the day before and we felt pressured to give a tip- if I would have seen the inside of the truck - I definitely would have said no- but we placed trust where we shouldn’t have. I was quoted $700 for the first two hours $300 for the hours after that (we were thinking ok $1600 plus the operations manager is going to give us a discount this would have been the total)- but the men used supplies that wasn’t part of the quote and look they didn’t even finish wrapping my furniture so here’s extra charges - we were taken advantage of. They had two things of wrapping left when they left. There’s no excuse. Tried emailing them, but no response. BEWARE! And do your research. 3 weeks later and still NO REFUND. Use 2 men and a truck!

  So pleased with the moving services provided by Adam Gill and his colleague. I hired All My Sons back in 2009 to move my Mom. And after moving here to Little Rock, I took a chance, hoping that the excellent service provided all those years ago was still the standard at All My Sons. And I’m so glad I did! It was! They assigned my move to Adam and he and his colleague - I believe his name was Curtis - were outstanding. They arrived bright and early, on-time and ready to get moving. They worked at a swift pace while always taking great care to handle my items with care. I also needed my bed reassembled as well as a dresser with an overhead mirror. And Adam in fact went the extra mile by straightening out one of the metal latches on the bed frame. Unbeknownst to me, it had been damaged by the company who shipped my items from California. Many movers would have just said, ‘hey, this is broken and we can’t reassemble’, but not Adam. He got his pliers out and next thing I knew, the bed frame was up. They were patient with me as I decided where I wanted boxes placed and didn’t even complain when I asked them to try to to get a sofa into a back room that was too large for the doorway. They simply said, “this isn’t going to fit, it’s too long and wide” but if you want us to try we will; once they picked it up and started moving in that direction, I quickly saw they were absolutely spot-on, correctly sizing up the situation and they kindly, with a smile, moved the sofa back into the living room. They were gracious, professional and personable. I couldn’t be more pleased with the ease of the move and the excellent service. I highly recommend All My Sons AND especially recommend Adam Gill.
