DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR HOME DAMAGED, TRASH LEFT IN YOUR HOME AND YARD, AND YOUR DELIVERED ITEMS DAMAGED. THEY SCRATCHED THE WOOD FLOORS AND SLATE TILE FLOORS IN MY HOME. THEY LEFT TRASH IN MY HOME WHERE THE FURNITURE WAS INSTALLED, BROKE FLOORING TRANSITION STIPS THAT WERE INSTALLED ON MY FLOORS, THEY DAMAGED THE FURNITURE THAT WAS INSTALLED. WHEN I CONTACTED THE COMPANY AND SPOKE WITH THE "DRIVER SUPERVISOR" HE WAS RUDE AND PROVIDED NO ASSISTANCE. I WILL NEVER USE A COMPANY THAT USES THIS COMPANY FOR DELIVERIES.

These people were OBVIOUSLY the low bidder to win the contract with Tempur Pedic. First, they posted they scheduled a delivery time and spoke to me to confirm this date. At no time did I receive a call or text or email to schedule the delivery appointment. When I finally decided to call them to find out what is going on with my mattress delivery, they guy who answered was VERY rude and did not care about the delivery time or date. He said " you will eventually get it". He also said the delivery date online was entered in error, but he did not even ask if the date and time worked for me. He never tried to actually schedule a good delivery date/time with me. I live 362.5 miles from this place and it seems very ineffecient to drive 362.5 miles to deliver a mattress. When I questioned him on the delivery plan, he said someone would have to make an overnight stay somewhere and then deliver it the next day. That might me either the 31st or the 1st. Who knows. That is what he said!!! Tempur Pedic needs to reevalute the contract with this company because they do NOT deliver the WHITE GLOVE experience as promised by Tempur Pedic. I cannot wait to see what kind of people show up at my house to assemble my bed.

I received a large shipment from Costco delivered by Darien & Joe. Both were friendly and effective in helping me with a Tetris type placement of things in the garage. Excellent communication & patience with me meeting them for the delivery.
