SHANELL ANDERSON WAS THE BEST. She was very helpful and kind. I wasn’t sure of the size Uhaul I needed. SHANEll took her time and walked me through the process. She was very understanding and answered all of my questions.I would most definitely recommend this location to anyone.

They will over charge you !!!!!! The manager is rude and unprofessional!!!!!!! I will never rent from the location again!!!!Dora Adams has absolutely no customer service skills and she hanged the phone up on me when I was trying to explain to her that I was overcharged. I guess they’re overcharging customers to make up for slow business.
