  It started of well enough. The crew showed up about 30 minutes earlier than expected and were very friendly. Cracks in the facade began to show when discussing the paperwork. We were quoted $188/ hr but the paperwork was written up for $230/ hr. The crew leader spoke with an office representative and seemed to clear things up by reducing their team by one. Strange, but they assured me everything run smoothly. We walked the house pointing out things I wanted moved, they took notes and began moving. No damage was noticed at the old property, but several things I requested to be moved were left without explanation. The trouble really began at my new construction home. They decided that a safe that I personally moved into the old house was outside of their standard capacity and tried to charge us $250 additional to move it after already loading it up. We had agreed to a $150 charge to move our piano, but they only dropped it in the garage rather that the basement as requested. Our new refrigerator was damaged so badly in the move that the door would no longer seal and dents were noticed throughout. A hanging stairwell chandelier was bent on its post and eventually snapped exposing the wire. The handle on our mattress was ripped off, a hole was placed in the drywall behind the bed, and our bookcase had a hole in the back. I guess its time to see how they handle claims, because they have a laundry list to handle on this. Pathetic.

  This was the worst experience moving, I have moved across state with less hassle. First sign of scamming, they quote me for two persons then send and email billing you for 3 with my name spelt incorrectly on the contract. The driver was was soliciting for tips before the job even started, they dented my kitchen door that leads to the garage, they damaged a brand new couch by dragging it in the grass and lost the screws to reassemble the base. Damaged the edges of a brand new king size bed frame and then proceeded to hound my girlfriend for a tip because I was not there to inspect the delivery. They sent a claim response with $284 dollars for almost $2000 dollars worth of damage. FYI I moved my 2pc sectional by myself without a scratch and three guys couldn’t complete a simple move. Do you guys even do background checks on your employee's? I hope that tip goes a far way never again!!

  The team from All My Sons moving company that helped my mother were exceptional. Everything went smoothly from the original call to the follow up logistics from the office. Precious Martin, RJ, and Curtis were friendly, caring, and cared not only about mom and I but also about making her move professional in every way. The furniture was wrapped in plastic as well as blankets. Not a scratch. I would recommend this company and particularly this team to anyone looking for a good experience…which we all are when we hire a moving company. Thank you to everyone involved in our move. It was seamless and stress free.
