I would put zero star if allowed. The worst place you could ever imagine. We rented an unit last week and after the movers stuffed barely our items in the unit; we went to check why the unit didn't fit all our things since we rented the biggest one they had. It turned out the unit had already some furniture and a lot of other junk and items that DO NOT BELONG TO US. We contacted the manager LUCIA M-R and she was in complete denial to what had occurred. We asked for explanation if she had double booked the unit and she kept telling us that she didn't know. So my wife called her again and she mentioned she will send her daughter and will give us another unit. Her daughter didn't show up and no one had showed up. So we called few friends and had to empty the whole unit since the other people's junk was all the way in the back of the unit. It took us more than 2 hours to do that. The manager didn't AT ALL CARE that we left all that junk outside with the name "Dicken" on the tags. I went the next day to confront the manager and know what caused this incident and instead of apologizing for her screwups, she kept arguing with me something she did each time I spoke to her. She gave NO explanation and added that she didn't care if we complained about her to upper management. I think that this person is extremely incompetent and must not at all be managing this storage or anything at all. She is probably double booking storage units in purpose to make money on the side or probably having her friends stuff their junk in occupied units for free. Something real fishy is going on in that storage. I have never seen or heard of something like this in my life. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE AS LONG AS THIS MANAGER IS STILL WORKING THERE.

Clean place. Good pricing. Staff friendly and took the time to show the unit. Explained everything in detail and asked if I had questions. Highly recommend this place if you need storage.

Best prices and the manager Ashley is always polite and will bend over backwards to make sure your taken care of .Even if the office is closed I'd recommend this facility to everyone
