  Great moving company from start to finish. The ladies in the office were very helpful in offering a good thorough estimate up front so I knew what my options were. I ended up booking on the same call because I was very pleased how she went through room by room with me ensuring we were accounting for everything. I had the change my move date twice and every time I called either Sandra or Janet were very nice and took care of my needs. The day before my move, they called to confirm to ensure everything was set up (very appreciative) since I was moving a 3 bedroom home an hour away. On the day of the move, the guys were great. TY, Barrett and Donald were extremely helpful. They called before they were on the way to ensure everything was ready and indeed it was. When they showed up, they immediately backed the truck and started loading. No issues, no complaints they moved everything that was needed. When we got to the new house, they were very cautious on not scratching the floor/walls with the furniture. Highly recommend this company! These guys were great and deserved to be compensated for there hard work!!

  I have moved 4 times over the last 10 years and can easily say that All Pro Movers are the absolute best of the bunch. Between the ease of getting an estimate and the actual move, everything went very well. The customer service is great and the movers themselves were extremely professional, helpful, friendly and really cared about doing a good job. If you are looking to make a move, do not hesitate to give these folks a call!

  Worst moving company I ever had to deal with. They delivered my property and then would not unload it until I paid them another $6000!! They threw my property around they broke things I'm still paying for everything's fixed that they broke. They scratched things they just did not have any regard for my property whatsoever. Horrible is the horrible service the service. I would never recommend these people to anyone ! To this day I am still having things repaired and have thrown out so many things that they broke.. Please, in my estimation do not use do not use this company for your move

  Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review of your experience with All Pro Movers & Storage. We never charged you another $6000 for your long distance move. It states in our contract that we never unload until we're paid in full. We accommodated you with 2 1/2 trucks Michael and you never contacted our company with any complaints, we would have not had a problem filling out a Loss & Damage Form for you. You have up to 6 months to file, however since your move was 9/16/2021 the time has lapsed to do so. We wish you the best!
