Ordered a hitch with install, no one let us know the hitch was backordered until we got there 3 weeks later for our scheduled installation appointment. Would highly recommend future customers be proactive about your appointments since this place doesn't seem to communicate out.

The staff was great. There was a minor issue with our reservation and the staff owned up to the mistake and made it right. The truck was clean and thankfully the A/C worked great as it was a hot day. Fully recommend using them for your next rental.

When to store to get truck after completing the reservation the night before. When I got there they said they could not rent me a truck because my order wasn’t complete. I showed them my confirmation and they still said there is nothing they can do. Totally rude staff and awful service.
