  This company is dishonest. They don't estimate properly. I used this broker to hire a moving company. They did what they were hired to do. I paid AllPro with a credit card. When the moving company contacted me, I paid my deposit with a totally different credit card (intentional). Those details are important... Stay with me. When the moving company delivered my belongings to my new home, I paid them with a cashier's check as the requested. They lost the check. Then they called the police on me saying I didn't pay. All Pro Moving Group illegally gave the moving company the credit card information that I gave them to the moving company. I did not ever give the card information to the moving company. I did not authorize them to do that. The moving company illegally took money from me because All Pro gave them my credit card number. When I confronted them about it, they told me no one in their company did that. I called back to follow up and they never returned my call. If you use this company, they will give you a great quote. Be careful! Make sure you keep track of your documentation and don't allow them to store your credit card information.

  DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS My husband and I used these movers in July 2021 to move from Cleveland to the Chicagoland area. This company hired a broker company to move our items. While we were having out items boxed up, the movers smashed a hole in a door of our rental bathroom. No apology in person or over the phone. The movers also went into my bathroom and stole my wedding band and engagement ring. I have filed claims with their fake insurance company they claim handles their issues and have never heard back from them. They're frauds. Never work with them.

  Horrible company. They nickel and dime you until you’re stuck with them and end up paying 150% more than your original quote. Not to mention significant damage to our furniture and customer service unwilling to help! Stay away! I just HAVE to update this to let people know to seriously go somewhere else! Anywhere else. The condition our furniture arrived in is just completely unacceptable. A brand new dryer was completely dented. Our dining table legs were forced apart from the table, they didn’t even bother unscrewing it. Our sons bed was missing parts. Our tv stand and many many many boxes had water damage. This was all AFTER it was picked up and before it was delivered- when they transferred it in another city. It’s just ridiculous. Now that I’ve somewhat accepted the damage, I start the claim process and guys... it’s laughable. I fill out the first form and 7 days later they “verified” it, now they send me another form to fill out with the exact same information. And make you attach all documentation as one attachment. Lol now I wait again. I’ve never had such a horrible experience with any company ever. Please avoid them if possible.

  Hello, We are sorry to see this type of review come through. The only reason the cost could have gone up is if there were additional items not listed on the contract that needed to be moved. We have to account for all the items for insurance purposes. If items were broken/damaged this would go through the insurance carrier as to a claim.
