  This company made my huge long-distance move run like a breeze, I had no worries or stress and they delivered earlier than estimated with no damages! Their customer rep was really good about giving us the necessary information and estimate, and would answer any questions I had with great clarity. During the packing process, the movers made sure to carefully inventory and help pack some of the bigger furniture. Cost was as expected and actually a lot more reasonable than other moving companies I reached out to. The two movers were really kind and fun to work with, and their communication was fantastic, along with Denise in their office home-base, she always checked in to make sure we were up to date and taken care of. The packing was about a 4 hour process for the size and number of items I had, which was great, and the unloading was even faster! I would highly recommend this company for any moves.

  I used Agility to move from Southern Virginia to the Washington DC area. First of all, the staff was readily available and easy to reach. They were very courteous and friendly, and did everything they said they would from the beginning (calls, follow-ups, etc.). However, they were a day late picking up my things which was absolutely no fault of the moving crew. The owner did provide me with a nice discount for my inconvenience. The crew they sent to move me was EXCELLENT. Not only were they friendly and easy to work with, they treated me (and my belongings) like a family member. I have moved several times in recent years, and Steven, Orrin, and Chris from Agility were the best moving crew I ever worked with. The only reason I can't give this company five stars is because they were a day late, which was an inconvenience. Again, moving crew and customer service from office staff was excellent!

  We've moved from Florida to North Carolina and the three movers from Agility Van Lines, Inc. were excellent in packing our large paintings, mirrors, glass table top and dishes etc. They arrived early and Steve was polite, courteous and responsive. Robert and Jicard were excellent also as they helped us pack. When they loaded the truck, there was not enough room for the other boxes as we had reached the maximum cubic feet in the truck, so distressing. We tried to pack the rest of our stuff in our son's mini van, but it was still too much left behind. John was our Angel, when he called and heard about our dilemma, he sent another truck to complete the job at no extra cost. Our stuff arrived the next day into a storage unit, and well stacked. Responsive, professional and courteous all the way through with John, our quarter-back, Denise, our liaison, from top-down to his team of movers. Thank you in gratitude.
