Our stuff was stolen with our lock cut. The owners knew the lock was cut and did not tell anyone. Took them to court and he gets away with it because his contract says he’s not liable. No security on site, no functioning gate, no cameras at our unit. So basically they can steal your stuff and because you signed the contract they can have it for free. Do not deal with these crooks! There’s plenty other storage facilities. This is not a business it’s a scheme. They have been reported to the BBB. Can’t imagine a worse company. The only difference between their company and a dumpster on the side of the road is that they have a sign. If you store your stuff there now, realize there is no security to stop anyone from stealing your stuff. Good luck. Edit: In response to the owner. If you guys really think we didn’t have a lock on our unit, then you are insane. The crooks obviously cut the lock and the employee monitoring the site decided not to call us when she first noticed it because she was going on vacation. So she allowed our family heirlooms to be stolen because she couldn’t be inconvenienced. They would be able to prove we had a lock if they had cameras on the unit. I wasn’t going to mention, but since you are insulting my intelligence, the owners family members business card was found in the unit after our stuff was stolen. I’d stay away from this place if I were a customer looking for a place to store stuff safely. You’d be better off storing it on the street corner.

We sincerely empathize with your loss. Although it was unfortunate you lost some belongings, we did advise that you keep a lock on your unit, and we did notice you left it off. We are currently installing our new gate and planning an upgrade to our security system. After 30 years in business, this is the first time anyone has had items stolen from a unit.

My unit was clean, getting it was easy, Victoria was AMAZING and was so nice and helpful. I just moved here from Nebraska if everyone here is as kind as her I'm happy to have moved!

The layout of this place is weird, noticed water on the floor of one unit out of three that I viewed.

I inspected all of the vacant units and could not find any water in any of them.
