  My first contact with this company was pleasant and I was led to believe that they would be able to move our stuff as they originally indicated. The day before the scheduled move I contacted them only to discover that they needed to push the originally decided upon date back two days which was fine. I contacted them again the day before the second move date and was told they would call me during the afternoon on the moving day. Not hearing anything I reached out to them yet again only to find out they were yet again unable to do the move because they didn’t have enough men scheduled for that day. they asked if they could do it a few days later. Unfortunately that didn’t work for our needs and we add to desperately find alternative arrangements . I was very disappointed with this company because I felt like they kept giving me the runaround when they could’ve just told me that they couldn’t perform the service as originally indicated.When I originally booked them I told them that we needed a quick turnaround time and they assured me that they could meet that schedule when in fact they couldn’t. Next time they should just be upfront about what they could and cannot do. Moving is stressful enough and an unreliable company only adds to that stress. We ended up calling a different moving company (Two Men and a Truck) they were able to move us the same day. They showed up promptly and did a fantastic job. I do not recommend PMS but highly recommend Two Men and a Truck!!

  Unreliable NOT Professional! We were having an estate auction on a Saturday after my father passed away and needed to move some heavy furniture out of the house into tents setup in the yard. We contacted this "company" weeks before to move the heavy furniture on Friday the day before the auction. The owner shows up Thursday morning and looks at the items and says he would not be honoring the agreement because the house was too "Messy". We explained that all the box's and small stuff was being moved that day to the tents and would be gone by Friday. That all we needed was him to move the heavy furniture from an empty house. He says nope not interested. Thanks for ditching us! To anyone looking for help from Professional Moving Services... You wont find any professionals here!

  I would not give this company a 1 star if there was an option to not give any at all! It started with the owner not holding to his word of calling me to verify the moving appointment that he created for me. This lead to the movers having to call me and wait for me, 30 minutes of my money, as I had to drive and meet them at my storage unit unexpectedly. They take NO measures to wrap your personal belongings for protection at all, leading to a lot of unnecessary scratches, stains, dents and dings. I had sheets wrapped around my brand new mattress, and they removed them, and dragged it across the bottom of their truck leading to extensive stains that were not able to be removed. This was just the most expensive fix of the many complaints I have about my belongings! I tried to reach out to the owner and he developed an immediate defensive response and has not once tried to contact me back to try and come to a resolution. I not once asked him to pay for anything, but simply what we could do to ensure this does not happen to someone else and how we could come to an agreement on my situation at hand.
