We were told they’d move us in two days, but they actually meant they have two days to show up. They showed up at 4PM on the second day and they were supposed to pack a 2000sq ft house and load it so we can be out of the house that day/ evening. When I told them I won’t need the “white glove” service anymore they still wanted to charge me for it because “the carrier company charges them for this service” but in actuality, the carrier company never mentioned anything about them being paid for something that are not gonna do. Also, the inventory provided to the carrier was totally wrong after 3 reviews of the inventory with their employees(over the phone because COVid). Overall a BAD experience. And BTW, we’re still waiting for our stuff to show up, and nobody called us to tell us when that’s gonna happen.

They told us they were supposed to move our stuff on Monday 1st. After that we get a letter saying they would move our stuff on Tuesday 2nd. When they show up on Monday 1st. on our house to pack our stuff they tell us they cannot move our stuff till Wednesday 3rd. because they tell a full truck and they needed to download in someone's else house on Tuesday. Now they're loading our stuff to their truck but they're telling they dont have enough miles to drive the 4 hours from NC to GA so they can't move our stuff till FRIDAY!!! This is INSANE!
