  We have used Allstar Metro Movers four times now and rate each experience an A+++. We have used them for both home and office moving. I am amazed by how much more professional and honest they are in comparison to other moving companies that we have spoken with and the ones some of our friends have told us about. We particularly like the fact that they send confirmation documents and a information sheet when you schedule service with them. Their movers are top drawer professional movers and their billing is always exactly what they send in the confirmation. Some of our friends claim that with the other companies that they used there was quite a few extra charges at the end of the move that they were not told about on the front end. We strongly recommend Allstar Metro Movers.

  I used Allstar Metro Movers to move my home last week. Today I used them again to move my mom to her new condo. Just like last week the experience was outstanding! Mom was very pleased and they even applied a repeat customer discount. As I said before I'll only use Allstar for any moving services that I ever need. A big thank you to Jan for being so easy to work with and the discount for my mom.

  I hired Allstar Metro Movers to move me today. No one called me the day prior to confirm our move, as they had the wrong phone #. We contacted them early this morning & was told that our move was no longer at 8:00 am, it would not be 1:00 to 3:00 pm. I received a phone call from Larry @ 12:00 pm, stating that is still in East Chandler & that the move they were on their customer was not honets about how much stuff they were moving: Which in turn delayed my move. Obviously that should not be my problem, but evedentially it is NOW! Larry explained that he would not be here to move us until 4:00 pm, the problem with that is we have to turn in our keys today by 5:00 pm, otherwise be charged an extra days rent. Which is find to be compete Bull%&$@! So I called the office & spoke with the owner: (Female). She refused to give a discount & stated that we would be moved today. She had a snippy attitude & I do not think she knows how to treat her customers. She has ZERO RESPECT & honestly needs to take some classes on how to operate a business properly. I would definately pass up this Company, as you will get the same treatment as I did! THERE ARE TOO MANY OTHER MOVING COMPANIES IN THE VALLEY: SHOP AROUND & PASS UP Allstar Metro Movers as they have no idea how to actually get to their jobs to get their job done! If you want to have a NIGHTMARE OF AN EXPERIENCE, GO AHEAD I DARE YOU: Higher them & you will find out that they are the worst moving company out there! Now I get a phone call from the owner (Female) stating that she just spok with Larry & he would be here @ 4:00 pm & she wanted to know if we still wanted them to move us. My wife told her she wanted to talk with me & see. I told her, of course lets just get this done. My wife called the owner back & she told her NO she was going to cancel us! WTF! Are you kidding me! I have been sitting & waiting since 8:00 am & now it is 1:08 pm & I have been CANCELLED! Do you honestly want to go with a business that has no kouth & respect for its customers. The owner of the Company: JAN is a RUDE, F^&*^&^ B&(*^ that needs to keep her mouth shut & go rot in HE&*!

  Unfortunately occasionally things happen that are beyond our control. For that we apologize. The last sentence of the review illustrates the language that was used in the phone conversation with our owner. This is why we elected to cancel the service. We treat all of our customers with respect and can't abide vulgar profane treatment. We apologize for an inconvenience related to this matter.
