  "Complete rip off. They quoted me a decent price, and while I knew there might be some additions, I did not assume they would be large. In the original quote, they told me it would be a two-men job at $80 an hour. That day, they showed up with three guys and said it would now be $95. He said he would call dispatch about it but never did. There was a bunch of stuff they SAID they could take that the day of they said needed to be packed differently. He said a big box would be $18 and I said fine. He came back and said he was incorrect, it was $25 and I said absolutely forget it. After about 10 minutes, he came back to me and said he would give me the box as long as "I took care of his guys." I'm sorry, is the extra $15 an hour not enough??? And of course, when it came to the actual totals he threw more in. They charged me for 6.5 hours for what was essentially a 3 hour move. Even with their travel from their base to the locations, it wouldn't be more than 5 hours. That free box still cost me $12. They left ESSENTIAL pegs for the mirror and dresser I have back at the old location. Should have just had them go get it for the extra time they charged. The guy that gave me the estimate called me in the afternoon to "see where his guys were" which says a lot about their accountability. They had left almost an hour before. He asked me how it went and I said "Not well actually" and as I tried to delve into the issues he pushed me off and said "well, you need to contact dispatch for that, have a good day." and hung up. If I hadn't been so exhausted and stressed I would have fought them tooth and nail. But hopefully this saves someone else and is worth the loss."
