  Their site was easy to use, and provided comprehensive information about movers. The ratings were especially helpful. Easy to book online. What I particularly appreciated was the ongoing customer support. They didn't just take my money. When the first mover I booked failed to respond, American Twins Mover helped me find a replacement the same day, and on very short notice. I dealt with several different American Twins Mover staff and they were all courteous and well-trained. I highly recommend American Twins Mover as one option for your moving needs.

  They were great! Managed to move me (a one bedroom apt) within 2 hours. Used four movers. Stayed in the budget. The only thing I would suggest is check their truck because they forgot to bring in my step ladder. I realized it wasn't in my apt. because I needed it to reach something -- I'm a shorty ;-) I should have gone into the truck and checked but had other things going on. But overall, very pleased with their service. Guys were pleasant and polite and very hard working.

  I recently moved from Owing Mills to Baltimore and after much research found American Twins Mover. They had the best reviews. I almost thought that maybe it was to good to be true. But they were awesome! 10 yrs of experience doing this full time- my crew was on time and they were maniacs! Wrapping, taping, moving everything- 2 boxes at a time almost like robots. They stayed within the estimate quoted and were very thorough and motivated. They had a system for everything. I highly recommend anyone looking for movers to use these guys. Tip them well- you won't be disappointed!
