  Overall the experience was pleasant. The owner called me to schedule the move after I had sent a message through their website. The movers showed up on time and were courteous and treated my belongings with care and respect. They completed the move in exactly two hours as anticipated. They took extra caution wrapping some more delicate items. The movers however were not Mosby movers, but a subcontractor. The truck was not labeled with Mosby movers. I do understand that subcontracting is a common practice, yet wish I was alerted to that fact. I just need to ask more questions initially to find this information out. Ultimately everything turned out fine and would use this company again if the need arose. I would however ask more questions about who is being used for the job. Things could go south quickly if not prepared.

  We called Mosby Movers thinking there was no way we were going to be able to get them that same weekend. Not only were they able to accommodate us, they sent the most amazing crew out! They were fast, reliable, moved our stuff with care, were sweet to my kids and put up with my whining obnoxious dog. 10/10 would hire again!

  One of my boxes were missing. I saw it loaded into the truck but it never made it into my residence. Somehow I paid for an hour when the movers were 40 minutes late and had to make a stop during the move. However, not all was bad, they did not damage my property (that has happened with other small businesses I've supported). The movers knew how to maneuver large and heavy furniture. Overall, I would support them again but being sure I was more involved with overseeing that all of my pieces were in place. Also, they were available on short notice which was a plus. Mistakes happen. My first encounter with them was pleasant. The staff was personable.
