Horrible Company!!! 3 young guys, one was dropped off! Not dressed professionally at all and smell of cigarettes! They could barely carry the furniture out of the house and broke 2 of our pieces of furniture! Kept saying we needed to use their tape , which is an add on cost! Charged $150 per hour and took them 7 hours to pack up a townhouse!! Then they stopped for food on the way to the new home and didn’t get done unpacking the truck until 9pm!!! Also, DO NOT pay with a credit card, they will charge you a 6% fee on the total of the move...who does that? Oh, Braun Movers do!!!

I’ve used Braun Moving many times and usually am very pleased with how hard they work and how professional their employees are on the job especially because I have kids. They seem to have a younger crew now with next to NO EXPERIENCE! Long story short they were not qualified to be carrying heavy furniture. Every 20 seconds was an F bomb and more talking about partying than work. I heard multiple times a young man say “run the clock” and watched them take over 5 cigarette breaks in a 30 minute span. Overall the Walls in the house I moved out of had a ton of scratches where they got stuck with my dresser for my master bed room. Completely scratched the sides of my dresser! The house I moved into had freshly painted walls and there are clear fresh scratch marks up and down my stairway leading upstairs AND to the basement (I was told there is nothing they can do because they were already there) I have not heard back from management yet so that’s why I am writing a review.

Me and my wife just hired 3 guys to move our apartment to another apartment. Great guys made sure I was helping them out too because I believe in teamwork. But overall these guys were quick and proficient and we got the job done in 4 hours and that’s including a hour drive and 15 minutes of checking in. Definitely recommend these guys to anybody they definitely made our day a easy day and we thank you guys so much
