  Jordan and Kevin were very friendly, fast and clean. Showed great care when packing and answered all of our guestsions and concerns. They really went above and beyond making sure this experience was a good one. I would recommend them to anyone! This was our first experience with a moving company and we were impressed!

  Sebastian and his crew did a terrific job! The estimate was on the nose. I've moved a dozen times over the years and this crew was BY FAR the BEST! They took great care of all my items. They protected my new floors in my new home. They were all professional, polite and respectful. I could not be happier with this company! What a great relief after my last experience with a terrible mover. I feel confident that you can trust this company with your move!

  Damaged property. Claims manager, Lori did not want to assist with compensation until I notified her that I would be in contact with CEO. Still going back and forth with items destroyed during move. Do not trust this company with your valuables or to do the right thing.

Since you have not contacted us, I assume you had your problem handled. Again, we do not have your name in our customer database and we do not have an open claim under your name. You may have moved with another United Van Lines agent. Claims do happen, and they are not always quick to settle. I do hope you found resolution of your issue and we are here if we can help.
