      I had an entirely disappointing experience with this mover, from beginning to end. Their packers were careless, and when it came time for my long distance move the long distance van could not meet my promised schedule. They sent a local truck to bring my belongings to their warehouse where it was then reloaded onto the long distance van when he arrived. The double handling left my furniture dirty and damaged. Adding insult to injury, they missed their promised delivery window; and since the driver was not at my home to see my beds disassembled, he had no idea how to reassemble them, and it took hours. All of this was reported to this moving company, and so far they have done nothing to address it, other than to send me a claim form.

It was unfortunate that some "non-allowable" liquids were packed. We had a relatively new member on your crew that has been counseled and we will refresh our training this winter. Also, unfortunately, with the current shortage of drivers and labor in our industry, more shipments are not being loaded direct by the linehaul driver, creating extra handling and a greater strain on the local service crews. My advice to customers looking for a mover is to make sure you get a thorough sales consultation, ask many questions about the depth and licensing of the company, and make sure they are not just a broker. While it is unfortunate we had an issue with your move (again, my apologies), we do have the resources and direct accountability to address your concerns. Moving is tough stuff and often unpredictable. Mitigate your risk. I appreciate your business and wish you well in your new home. Mark

      This is the second time I used this moving company for a local move. Both experiences have been great. I just moved the Thursday before Labor Day weekend. I had a wonderful three man team. They were on time and took great care of my things. They were very kind and professional. The price was exactly what was quoted so there were no surprises. Everyone I dealt with was wonderful.....from the estimate to the moving specialist that sets everything up....I felt the customer service was superior. If I ever need to move again this is the company I will definitely call. Highly recommended!

      Hired Treier to move us to North Carolina in August 2020. They screwed up the shipment date resulting in multiple shipments that resulted in not being able to use half the items from the first shipment,e.g. shipped beds but no hardware to use the beds, had to sleep on the floors multiple nights. Damage to our property was extensive. We had numerous pieces of crystal shattered. Lamps were destroyed, our mahogany china closet has gauges as does our cherry highboy, multiple pieces of bedroom furniture have either large scratches or chunks Of trim ripped off. Numerous boxes are missing and for this we paid $15,000!!! It is obvious that their employees threw multiple boxes that were very clearly labeled as highly fragile. The staff could care less about our property. Furniture was wrapped but still wound up with all the described damage. Hardwood floors were not protected and their hand-trucks scratched /nicked multiple boards. Letting this company move you is probably equivalent to just throwing your stuff on a rollercoaster, no strap! Worst experience that we have ever had in 35 years of marriage.
