  Eric, Rafael and Martin provided an exceptional experience. Moving is never easy but their care and kindness made the situation as pleasant as possible. They were also incredibly warm towards my (crazy) little dog and that made the day more pleasant. I’m sorry we’re moving because I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

  Eric and Rafael were our movers. We had a long couple of days of sorting, packing and moving our household items. They handled this extremely laborious process impeccably(third floor apartment). What struck me was How courteous they were. I did expect a professional service because of my prior interaction with Arpin America. But Eric and Rafael elevated the customer experience beyond it with their joyful demeanor and Made it very easy for us to complete the move to our satisfaction and ahead of time. Highly recommend them. And thanks to our move coordinator Rita, who handled the process from the start.
