  I am a driver out of Beebe Arkansas. The pay, is great, the equipment is new and if we have any issues, they get fixed right away. I couldn't ask for a better job setting.

  I have a suggestion how about using a little bit of funding to get truck number t474 a few more hundred thousand lumen on his headlights I don't think they're bright enough... Lord have mercy I still have spots in my eyes, I love LED lights as much as the next guy but those things were ridiculous and unsafe... I very well could have flashed him back with my work lights but like I said that's unsafe. Aint trying to be a KaRen, i get it honestly i do, they do help driverr see so much clearer,,,, maybe just have some piity for all those drivers who happen to be unfortunate enough to be driving in the same area.

  I have been the Terminal Manager in the West Atlanta market for Atomic transport for over 3 years now and I can not recall a single moment where I have been treated unfairly nor where I have treated my drivers with anything but respect and empathy. Our corporate team is astounding with attentiveness and resolve to issues. I started in the waste business over 20 years ago as a helper and then driver, and have been in the shoes of each of my drivers. I remember where I came from and try every day to help, teach and guide my drivers to success.
