  They handle Lowe's deliveries. I'm not sure why they even bother offering a delivery window because they never come during the alotted time. If you choose 8am-12p delivery they may not show up until 5pm, but if you choose 12p-4p you may get a call at 8am that they're waiting outside. On the bright side the delivery men have generally been nice enough and handled the materials well. The delivery men appear to be subcontractors and call from their personal cell phones so it's easy to miss. Wish the communication was better.

  I ordered a refrigerator from Home Depot March 15 which was suppose to be delivered on March 22nd between noon and 4pm. Around 1pm I received a call from the dispatch center in Syracuse N.Y. saying they were going to reschedule to between 3pm and 7pm. and they would call me 1/2 hour before delivery. They NEVER delivered, they NEVER called but here's what they did. We saw a Ryder truck go slowly past our house around 4:30 and they never stopped. When I called to inquire why they never showed up I was told they tried to deliver but no one was home and that they even had a picture of our house to prove they stopped by. I asked the dispatch lady and asked what kind of truck they drive and she said Ryder. So here's what they did. They drove by my house took a picture of my house and lied to their company and said no one was home. I will NEVER purchase a large appliance from Home Depot again as long as they use a contractor to make their deliveries.

  I should have read the other reviews . This company is horrible. Why a huge store like Lowes has a contract with a shoddy company like this is beyond comprehension. The person sent to do the install was either inexperienced or just didn't want to do his job. I will never order an appliance from Lowes again as long as they use Spirit Logistics as their installation company. I ordered a 30in. Range (GE) from Lowes for a rental property. When the driver arrived he removed existing range a 30 in GE , put it in the delivery truck, brought the new range inside told the tenant he could not finish the job because the range would not fit NOT TRUE he had just removed the same size and brand range from the same spot, he also said the power cord was defective. The tenant called me (otherwise the driver was going to leave) I spoke to the driver and ask I ask if he would remove the cord from the old stove and put it on the new stove the answer was no. I ask if he would leave the old stove and I would replace the power cord his answer was he had destroyed the old stove and could not remove it from his truck. I decided to go and check out this story nothing the driver said was true I was able to install the new stove myself.
