  We used your moving services on October 9th to pack and load the ABF/U-Pack truck to Denver. The day started off a bit rocky when Aaron and Kai showed up 30 minutes late. After taking inventory of the items that needed to be packed and the truck situation, they were off to work. Unfortunately, that's when my husband and I started to notice some issues. Unlabeled boxes Haphazard packing of items No individual wrapping of dishes, plates, and kitchen items No wrapping of appliances Items from other areas of the house being thrown into the same box with kitchen items Lampshades were not boxed up and left to be damaged among our items My KitchenAid mixer was not wrapped Coffee makers were thrown in on top of each other My wedding glasses were not wrapped and then our knife set was on top of them I was surprised when I had to tell the guys that they needed to wrap up my Peloton bike. I would have assumed that this was a given. The speed and carelessness of the packing were a little jolting, but I figured that everything would be fine. All of this became apparent when we unloaded our boxes in Denver. Our movers notified us that Andrew and Kai loaded the light moving boxes on the bottom. Rubbermaid containers AND boxes were crushed. They said they have never seen work like this before and profusely apologized to us because when unloading boxes, they could already see the damages we were about to face. It took us 24 hours just to rummage through our items to find our sofa legs and the cords to our TVs!! All this to say, as someone who saw your good reviews on Yelp, perfectly wrapped boxes and furniture, and was reassured over the phone that your team was going to professionally pack and load our truck - I felt completely duped into a bait and switch scam. As with any move, how you pack and load a truck is the most important factor in the process. From wrapping the items, to how the boxes are loaded, the details are important. The movers we hired from B2 Moving Company had careless disregard for our items because they haphazardly threw the items into boxes (unwrapped) and then proceeded to load the truck with the lightest items on the bottom so boxes would be crushed. It was an absolute headache, especially for someone who is 7 months pregnant to deal with when moving into their new home. A word to the wise, find another moving company.

  It was my first time hiring a moving service, and Eugene and his team exceeded my expectations. Professional, prompt, responsive, respectful, courteous and affordable as advertised! Eugene went above and beyond to make sure my furniture was safely handled and delivered to my new home speedily. I highly recommend B2 Moving

  We really appreciate for B2 moving company staff’s hard work, especially John worked excellent job! He helped us to move our heavy and immovable furniture and he did a great job of compassion for us. He will have more customers in the future.  The loading team was also very kind.  I definitely recommend the B2 moving company to everyone. I am 120% satisfied with choosing this moving company.
