  The Bekins Team from front office to accounting to drivers to guys able to lift 100 pounds did a terrific job. We were kept informed all along the way. The team was friendly, helpful, and had a great attitude throughout the process. If we had a need, we would go with Bekins again without a doubt.

  Serious lack of customer service, not sure what role Bekins has in the move other than charging your credit card. Moving crew are not employees of the company, they are hired by the driver and could be anyone. Driver is also not an employee of Bekins. You’d have the same luck getting movers off of Craigslist. Experience was disorganized, unresponsive to calls and emails with questions, don’t really know who is coming into your home, they said they can’t track cross country move and to call 800 number that no one answers. I’m still puzzled as to why I paid 8k for cross country move with them. Could have hired driver and moving crew off of internet and had same quality of service.
