  DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! Unprofessional in many ways. They do not communicate anything to you. I had to call about everything, and then be told they didn’t know any information and would need to get back to me. I had to initiate communication almost every single time. My belongings were also late, and when they finally arrived they were damaged. Most importantly, my infants crib was not cared for at all. It’s scraped and dug into all over. Screws are missing. Mind you this was my only piece of real furniture. I had about 15 storages bins and a couple Amazon dressers. This was the main, And most important piece of furniture and they treated this brand new crib that I put my infant son in like dirt. I had to file claims for the belongings being late and also damaged, and of course have had no communication.. no time frames for anything. I finally reach someone and they tell me it takes up to 60 days to get any reimbursement and that someone should be reaching out to me in two weeks (wow). So they take thousands from me for the move, but then arrive late with my damaged belongings and take literal months to give me money back? Do yourself a favor and book whatever your second choice is for movers because this isn’t it. People hire professional movers in hopes that their belongings will be cared for.

  I've recently used Berger Allied when moving from Chicago, IL to Raleigh, NC. The experience was nothing short of perfect from the beginning. They did a video call to scan my apartment and my belongings for an accurate quote, once price was agreed upon and contract signed, the move coordinator was extremely helpful in answering questions and providing information in a timely manner via text. A day before the pick up and a day before the drop off the driver (which was the same the whole move) called to confirm details for the next day. The movers on both pick up and delivery were also extremely professional and incredibly quick. They took great care of my belongings and nothing was damaged in transit. This was my first experience using a moving company and I can't recommend them enough! Thanks for making this move hassle free and perfect!!!

  We had a very good experience with Berger Allied Moving. We moved from IL to NJ. Movers on both sides were very professional and careful. They really knew what they were doing. Both office staff and driver was very responsive and everything was coordinated well. Would definitely recommend them!
