  "I have used multiple moving companies in the past to move long distances and short. This company was polite and made scheduling my services very easy. The movers where at my house on time and explained the process very well. However, they moved very very slow and had difficulty even lifting the couch to get it out of the front door. Once they loaded everything they insisted they knew where the destination was even after I offered to give the directions. I waited at the destination at least 25 minutes for them to arrive. Once we arrived at the destination they unloaded the furniture and boxes into a storage unit. The unit is small but plenty large for the stuff put into it. Unfortunately if I needed to get to any boxes in my unit I would have to climb over a upright queen size bed and no telling what else to get to them. My stuff was delivered with minimal dings and all in one piece... I hope. I felt like the crew that was on my job was inexperienced and I paid for a 4 hour move from a one story house to a first floor storage unit within 10 miles of each other. All that was moved was typical one bedroom furniture, living room set, table, tv, washer/dryer, re-fridge, & 20-30 boxes. I was unhappy with the amount of time it took to move my stuff and I called to speak to a manager. He acknowledged my concerns and said he was going to speak to someone about it and call me back. I have not heard back and I moved almost a week ago. I feel like there are more professional and experienced movers available in town and I will not be using this company again."
