  Let me start off by saying that the gentlemen who were the movers both times were great. They were friendly and professional. After several days of searching I decided to go with Big Man’s moving. It was a unique situation where I needed to move out of my apartment and into a friends place until my apartment was ready 2 months later. Knowing I wanted to use the same company for both moves, I asked if I could receive a discount for the second trip and they said yes. When I called to schedule the second move, they offered me $20 off which I felt was a bit ridiculous for the amount I spent with them twice. Considering I let the management know of a couple issues I had prior. Long story short, I felt like I over paid and was disappointed with management. After the second move, I had some items in a fragile marked box, that were shattered and I never heard from the company after I sent pictures and informed them. Disappointed because of the good reviews and the best of the bay award, but I will not use them again.

  Holly, Thank you for your positive review of our team- twice! It is of utmost importance to send honest, trained, careful movers into our customers' homes. After reviewing our internal notes, it appears we gave you a $20 discount up front and an additional 5% off for being a repeat customer; your 2nd move was $212.37 less. Thank you for sharing the photos of your 4 broken mugs. Our team tries to be as gentle as possible, however the back of a moving truck isn't usually as forgiving; moving trucks are bumpy which is why we advise our customers to pad the bottoms of their boxes in our pre-move video.   We had the pleasure of working with Aaron, Christian, and Casey today. They were on time and super, duper efficient! They were literally RUNNING UP the stairs to grab more stuff. They were professional, polite, and very customer focused. All clean cut professionals. They all made sure everything was done exactly to my preference and too extra precautions to move things carefully. They didn't even scratch a wall. I would recommend Big Man's Moving to everyone!

  Hoping I'm done moving for a while but so grateful for Big Man's Moving. Jeremy, Kirsten, and Roger are 5-star fabulous. I had another mover cancel my move 2 hours after they were supposed to show up - on a Sunday. In a panic, I called, texted, emailed, and Google chatted with a half dozen local movers begging for a quick turnaround. Big Man's Dennis was johnny-on-the-spot, and had quotes and a reservation agreement to me in a flash. The very next day, I am moved, set up, and much calmer. I will be referring others to Big Man's Moving!
