I am a military member who had to relocate and this is the company that was assigned to pack my house hold goods. If I could give no stars I would. Very sloppy work. They broke items while packing and didn’t take full responsibility when they broke it. My stuff wasn’t inventoried correctly so I’m positive that when it gets to me many things will be missing or broken. They played music without asking and did not work together, so one person would work well in one area and others didn’t do well at all. DISCLAIMER : this company is not the company bringing my stuff to me but they were the company that packed my belongings and broke the hat encasement. When you call to ask questions the representative acts like they are gonna help but never calls back. I strongly do not recommend this company. My specific movers were lazy and unprofessional. I’m updating this review on 8 Dec. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN HELP IT. Today is unpack day, Many items of mine were not labeled appropriately. There is no way to watch each packer when you are being moved and you are always expecting that the movers are SMEs in what they are doing

Sorry you feel this way. This is a military move and we are just the origin agent. We do not have anything to do with pick up and delivery from our warehouse. You need to call suddath as they are the company that is trying to get your shipment to you. Like I said we just provided pack and pick up for them.

We recently relocated to Florida, from Delaware. First, the crew that arrived to load the truck were very professional, friendly and did an excellent job protecting our goods and home. I would give these guys five stars. Second, the crew that arrived at our home in Florida were equally professional, friendly and did an awesome job. I would highly recommend Bonnie Relocation.

Worth every penny!! We were dreading this move, but Bonnie Relocation made the move very easy! The 4 movers were very professional, efficient, and respectful. They were very patient with my 9 year old son as well that wanted to watch and learn everything they were doing. Our gym was on the second floor and they disassembled, moved, and reassembled everything with no issues. I would highly recommend Bonnie Relocation.
