  PODs is a fairly good company for moving having used them twice. They will drop their container in time and pick the container in time. The container also arrives at the exact date on the contract agreed. PODs has a very poor customer service. When you call them it takes a very along time for you to get to a customer service representative. I also didn't like the way your hidden costs are not in your quotation. This makes moving more expensive. You can do better!

  Both Origin & Destination drivers were polite, proficient and professional. Customer Service Rep could not explain why the final payment was noticeably highly than the original emailed quote.

  Loading and unloading are only convenient if you have a good place to place the container. Not a fault of the service, but if you move into an apartment complex, you may still need to hire separate local movers to move your items from the PODs location. What pods really needs to fix is there online service setup. You have to call for any changes, and it takes over an hour for a call back (forget about holding) and the reps I spoke with required serious teeth pulling to get what needed. Better online booking and changes tools could fix these issues.
