Maximum score for Logan and his crew that moved our stuff. They were professional, fast, easy to work with and asked questions when they needed to. Working with Dan to set to coordinate the move was a breeze as well. One strong suggestion though: initial communication between dispatch and Dan needs to be improved. We weren't sure we had a reservation until a few days before start. I suggest taking a small deposit to make the reservation official and assure the client the spot is locked in. I would use them again as in the end everything worked out.

Used for delivery from Old Cannery. Delivery arrived 2 hours after the given 3 hour window. Had paid for assembly, they assembled 1 item before saying it was too late for them to continue and they would be back tomorrow to finish. They never showed up the next day, and did not respond to my messages, leaving half of my order unassembled
