  We had a very complicated move this time involving pickup in Illinois, 4 months of storage, another pickup in Indiana 4 months later with different furniture, then delivery of everything to Missouri. While it cost a lot more than we anticipated, in the end my wife and I agree it was worth it. Everyone we dealt with, from phone calls with sales and administration to men and women actually on site, were professional and attentive. They carefully tracked all the numbers to ensure that everything had made the trip, then assembled all the bedding and other furniture as needed. Both pickup and delivery were very long days, but everyone maintained a great attitude and turned a chore into a very memorable day in the greatest way possible. Bonnie, our driver for delivery, was a special treat. We had one mishap with a broken chair. Bonnie took it back with her and it was repaired perfectly. We can't even see where it was broken. Bonnie dropped the chair off on her way back to Illinois for Texas, going out of her way. THAT is service! We highly recommend this company. While we hope we NEVER have to move again :-), we are confident that if we do, they will be the first phone we make.

  My experience with Boyer-Rosene Bekins far exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. After witnessing my elderly mother being completely scammed in a recent out of state move, I was incredibly skeptical. Everyone at Boyer-Resene, from initial contact, to the FaceTime walkthrough to estimate cost, to the loading on a 104 degree heat index day, to the final delivery to my new home and storage unit, and follow up from there have been outstanding. Plus, the final bill matched the quote I received which is remarkable in itself! If you’re looking for movers, I highly recommend Boyer-Rosenberg Bekins!

  Movers, Javier and Ramiro were very careful with our furniture, very cooperative, and efficient. I hope they come back when we are able to retrieve our furniture from storage after repairs to our condo.
