  The man who runs the budget is a liar. Before returning the truck I informed him that the tank was not full but right under the F , but in front of 3-4. He confirmed that i would be fine no problem. The next day i was charged for fuel !! I also was supposed to be reimbursed for roadside assistance fee because they rented a truck to me with a check engine light on. I never received my refund. When I was discussing my concern the guy hung up in my face. Don’t trust this Budget location. Thnx

  AJ the owner is extremely rude and not helpful at all, said he would help with situation regarding a weather delay. Then tried to charge me additional fees. Don’t waste your time if you have an issue with your rental agreement- call Budget’s customer service. AJ literally hung up on me when I was telling him I was just kind of confused about additional charges then took his phone off the receiver or blocked my number. After that I couldn’t get a hold of him and had no choice to call customer service. It’s a good thing I also record my conversations.

  Never renting from this place! We placed a reservation for a truck and car carrier two whole weeks in advance! Two days before our move they send a confirmation without the car carrier we ordered. Spend half my day just calling and finally they tell me they have no carriers available when I reserved it weeks ago. This is the sole reason I chose Budget. This place systems are really no good! Never again! They caused so much unnecessary stress...
