First, they have qualified people that they will hire out to either load or unload your stuff and you don't have to use their trucks. The leader of the loading crew, Cornell, was great! The office person that I spoke with to enlist their service was very helpful and the pricing was very accurate. The truck was packed expertly and nothing was damaged in the move. The loaders were fast and efficient. There was one minor scratch to a wall, but overall it was an excellent experience. The office staff after the move were not well informed. They did not respond well to the report of damage, insisted that pictures had to be submitted, when this is clearly not the case and the crew documented the damage. The manager was not in at the time and I have yet to hear from her.

Deontey and Kelsey were excellent, fast movers and professional. Tasha miller in the office went beyond the call of duty to be helpful and reassuring. All calls were answered promptly and completely. The movers were right on schedule. Will definitely recommend two men and a truck to others.
