I would give them 0 stars if I could. They took money out of my account after 4 days after my account was closed and POD was picked up. I found out when I was trying to buy my daughter diapers and my card declined. When I called the lady told me she could submit a formal that would take days for approval the after that I would get my money in 3-5 business days later. She explained that my account was charged due to me being set up on auto pay. MIND YOU THE AMOUNT I WAS CHARGED WAS NOT MY NORMAL AMOUNT NOR WAS IT ON AUTO PAY DAY!! So now I'm without hundreds of dollars for no reason for at least 1 week plus.

This review is not based on the final delivery in New Orleans. The poor customer service providing information or I should say lack thereof on my missing POD (cross country delivery from the PNW), was very stressful. I've also reported my experience to the BBB.
