  I was so happy with my last moving experience with this company last year, I went back to them for an additional move I had to get done. Just as before, they were very helpful in taking an interest in all of my needs and figuring out the best way to give me an affordable rate. Their team is definitely made out of trained experts that are courteous and thoughtful and their main mission is always to sere the client and make sure everything is handled as professionally and most satisfyingly as possible. I have recommend Pack-Rat to many friends and family and have always received good feedback. They are really amazing and I’m so happy I found them. I highly recommend them for your next move.

  PR was superb. They were simply wonderful. They showed up on time. They immediately went to work loading my house on the truck. I was a little worried about a few items and they instantly made me feel at ease. Kind, courteous, efficient, fast, and professional. I have never ever had an easier move (and I have moved a lot). Thanks fellas!!

  Do NOT use this company! There is no number to call them locally. They do not communicate with you at all- no email or text/calls. Called the 1-800 and begged for a number to which they said There is no local number to call. Horrible communication. We waited all day for our container to be delivered on the scheduled date. They never called and never showed up. Today I called the 1-800 number and asked to cancel due to no show. They did not even apologize or try to convince me to use their service.
