  BEWARE! Our insured Huge Pod was delivered EMPTY except for 2 pieces of HEAVY exercise equipment… & the locks had been changed. When I put in an insurance claim, they asked if there’s proof of theft as in damage to the pod. No, only the locks are changed which their employees would know that trick. We— Family of 5—had to replace everything we owned. Stay away from these Pods. I gain nothing from writing this except getting the truth out.

  Hi, Brian. Unfortunately, we can’t control the insurance company's policies, and we can’t negotiate with them in regards to what claims are approved or denied. We suggest reaching back out to your point of contact at UNIRISC and asking them to reopen/re-investigate your claim. You can do this by replying to the last email received or by giving them a call at (407) 228-2026.

  No PODS available for at least six months. No attempt to assist a customer. It wS made clear the employee didn't care. So... why should I patronize this company?
